I came to the amazing, incredibly great Smitten Kitchen late in life. Meaning only recently have I started RSSing the genius beauty of this particular food blog. I love it, I love her, and though I never knew it, she was my reason for starting this blog. The other day, this showed up in my RSS feed, and I’ve been drooling ever since.
I live in “grape country” here in Michigan. Not only do we have some pretty great wineries in the area, but it means that come this time of year, you drive through the most lovely Concord Grape smell…and I mean, everywhere. It’s beautiful, but I’ve never exactly known what to do with the Concords I see on the side of the road and in the market. They’re kind of a culinary conundrum for me.
